James H McCroy: Jim earned a degree in Finance , with honors, from Creighton University in 1983. He worked initially in the retail brokerage business before moving into the institutional investment management business. He worked for the institutional investment arms of The Travelers and MetLife Asset Management, where he routinely was a leading salesman for both companies. He went on to run Waddell and Reed Asset Management Co., in Kansas City. In 1999 he formed JHM Investment Group and managed a number of private placements in both the real estate and equity arenas.

    Brian L. Woodworth
    CFO, Partner

Brian L.Woodworth:  Brian went to college at the University of Maryland and served in the United States Air Force. His executive training began when he worked his way through the ranks of a well-established commercial cleaning company based in Kansas City. He moved to Scottsdale, AZ in 2000 where he started his own commercial cleaning company, which he continues to run today.

Jerry L. Sees: Jerry has spent over twelve years within the automobile industry where he oversaw and managed a highly successful division within the organization.

Joseph C. DeMarco: Joe, began his business career on the floor of The American Stock Exchange in New York. He worked his way up to become an Equity Specialist for Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. In 1995 he moved to Scottsdale, Arizona and opened a successful retail shipping business, which he still owns. He also has equity interests in several other businesses in the Scottsdale area.
